Virtual Conference (Melbourne, Australia)
The 13th International Conference on Computer Modeling
and Simulation (ICCMS 2021) has been held online during
June 25-27, 2021. The conference had initially been
scheduled to be held in Melbourne, Australia, but due to
the outbreak of the COVID pandemic, the conference was
switched to the virtual conference form. ICCMS 2021 was
co-organized by Swinburne University of Technology,
Australia and University of Wollongong, Australia, and
technically supported by Chongqing University of Post
and Telecommunications, China.
Three renowned keynote speakers shared with us their
research works. They are Prof. Ming C. Lin (ACM Fellow,
IEEE Fellow) from University of Maryland, College Park,
USA; Prof. Makoto Iwasaki (IEEE Fellow) from Nagoya
Institute of Technology, Japan; Prof. Marimuthu
Palaniswami (IEEE Fellow) from The University of
Melbourne, Australia. Besides, there were three invited
speakers shared their latest research results with us.
Authors from Japan, Australia, Austria, The Netherlands,
China, etc. were divided into 7 parallel sessions. Their
presentations covered topics such as Computer and
Information Technology, Mechanical and Control
Engineering, Mathematical Model and Calculation,
Artificial Intelligence. All topics were interesting and
reflect the current focus of research and development in
the field.
